HOU CHUN CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager in Singapore to oversee overall technical and project management of assigned projects, including technical review, progress, quality, cost and safety aspects.

You will lead and supervise teams, report to the Project Manager and ensure compliance with technical requirements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering or Building Services, has at least 5 years of

Qualifications

Degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical and mechanical fields.
Large-scale IR project experience is highly preferable.
Excellent people management and strong technical leadership.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD and Revit are advantages.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall technical and project management of assigned project, including technical review, progress, quality, cost and safety matter.
To lead, control and supervise the subordinate to achieve the goal.
Reporting to the Project Manager.
Ensure all construction activities comply with technical requirement and specification.
Attend regular technical meeting and to resolve technical issue.
To monitor overall progress and technical matters for all current project.
