Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified professional to support project and contract administration for mechanical and electrical systems. You will coordinate shop drawings, inspections, and commissioning, and liaise with contractors, consultants, clients and authorities.

You'll be deployed at office and project sites, preparing method statements, drawings, checklists, progress reports and technical submissions under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Mechanical ACMV background.

Responsibilities

• Handle project and contract administration throughout the project.
• Assist in the design and coordination of mechanical/M&E systems.
• Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, clients and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with contract drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Prepare: Method statements, Shop drawings, Installation and T&C checklists, Work progress reports, Technical submissions and other project documents.
• Assist the Project Manager on mechanical/M&E matters.
• Will be deployed at Office & Project site.
