Job summary

IL NETWORK PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E professional to coordinate site works, review drawings, and monitor project progress in Singapore. You will liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and contract requirements.

The role requires at least 3 years of local M&E construction experience, knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, and BCA standards, and strong teamwork skills. HDB exposure is a plus; candidates should be proactive and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant local M&E construction experience.
• Experience in HDB projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, M&E specifications and BCA requirements.
• Able to coordinate and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Independent, responsible, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works with different trades and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submissions, and MOS.
• Ensure M&E works follow approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Plan and monitor M&E work schedules and project progress.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate material testing, trade demonstrations, mock-ups, and inspections.
• Check Variation Orders and prepare back-charge documents.
• Attend subcontractor and site coordination meetings.
• Ensure M&E works comply with TOP, RI, BCA, and project requirements.
• Monitor and update M&E progress using scheduling tools.
• Ensure all site works are carried out safely.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
