Qualifications

• Degree holder with nursing or allied health background and psychiatric clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments to determine client needs, health status, and social conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, coordinating services, and offering ongoing support to facilitate client recovery.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop intervention plans.
• Respond to client crises by conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and arranging immediate care to stabilize the situation.
• Contribute to quality management and general departmental activities.
