Job summary

The Yard Gymnastics in Singapore is seeking a full-time MAG Coach to lead Men's Artistic Gymnastics training across age groups. Based on-site, you will plan sessions, refine apparatus skills, and guide athletes toward safe progression and competition readiness.

You will collaborate with fellow coaches, provide feedback to athletes and families, ensure a positive training environment, and uphold facility standards while accommodating flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Coaching MAG at competitive/advanced recreational levels.
• Strong knowledge of MAG techniques and safe progression.
• Design structured training plans and set performance goals.
• Strong communication with athletes, families, and staff.
• Commitment to safety, spotting, injury prevention, first aid.
• Coaching certifications; FIG or national qualifications advantageous.
• Experience in high-performance sports.
• Flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured training sessions for MAG athletes.
• Teach and refine technical skills on apparatus across age groups.
• Monitor athlete development and prepare gymnasts for competitions.
• Collaborate with other coaches to align training plans and goals.
