Job summary

SAGA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced gymnastics coach to deliver daily training, organize structured content by age and skill, and ensure class quality and safety.

Under guidance of senior coaches you will develop progressive training plans, evaluate progress, coach competitive athletes, assist events and camps, and contribute to the club's teaching system and program development. Qualifications

• Possess intermediate gymnastics coach certificate or hold relevant gymnastics coaching qualifications or professional certificates; preferred certificates include International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) coaching certificates, national-level coaching qualifications, or a willingness to obtain such certificates.
• Have experience in competitive gymnastics coaching or related training, with the ability to develop athletes and design training programs; candidates with relevant practical experience are preferred.
• Be passionate about sports education, skilled at communicating with children, and able to inspire students’ interest.
• Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness, ensuring student safety during training and fostering a positive, professional training environment.
• Have team spirit and be able to work closely with other coaches and the management team to jointly promote the development of the club’s teaching and programs.
• Remuneration will be evaluated based on personal experience, professional background, and contribution to the club’s development, with growth opportunities provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily gymnastics training sessions and organize content suitable for different ages and skill levels while ensuring safety and class quality.
• Develop and implement scientific training plans, course programs and skill progression frameworks to advance students from foundational to higher levels.
• Under senior coaches, contribute to optimizing the club’s teaching system and training methods and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Evaluate and record training progress, follow up on skill development, and provide actionable training recommendations.
• Train and guide talented competitive athletes for competitions, in-house performances, and talent identification programs.
• Keep up-to-date with Singapore competition rules and movements within the gymnastics system.
• Assist in organizing club activities such as internal competitions, performances, training camps, and academy programs to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with coaching team, mentor junior coaches, share teaching experiences, and contribute to program innovation.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for conducting daily gymnastics training sessions, organizing systematic and professional training content according to the characteristics of students of different ages and skill levels, ensuring class quality and training safety.

• Develop and implement scientific training plans, course programs and skill progression frameworks, helping students gradually progress from foundational classes to higher-level competitive gymnastics training.

• Under the guidance of senior coaches, participate in the optimization and improvement of the club’s teaching system and training methods (company will provide systematic training and ongoing professional support).

• Responsible for evaluating and recording students’ training performance, regularly following up on skill progress and setting reasonable development goals and training recommendations.

• Train and guide talented competitive athletes, assisting them in preparation for various competition, in-house performances and talent identification programs.

• Study the latest Singapore competition rules, and gain comprehensive understanding of the current gymnastics system’s movements and technical directions.

• Assist in organizing and executing club-related activities, including internal competitions, performances, training camps and other academy programs, to enhance student engagement and overall club development.

• Depending on personal experience and capability, participate in collaboration and knowledge sharing within the coaching team, such as mentoring junior coaches, sharing teaching experience or contributing to program innovation.

• Complete other related tasks assigned by the club to support the overall teaching and program development.
