Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Singapore seeks a Service Operations Lead to drive service enablement for commercialization and oversee regional operations. You will lead programs on inventory, ordering, and tool management while optimizing processes for superior customer experience and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder collaboration across APAC, and the ability to manage resources, projects, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or equivalent.
• 4 years of related experience in Service Operations, Logistics Operations, Repair Operations or Supply Chain Operations or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively with teams and meet deadlines independently.
• Data analytics skills and project/operation management abilities.
• Negotiation and influencing skills with partners across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Lead service enablement to support commercialization initiatives.
• Drive Technical Service programs such as Inventory Management, Supply and Ordering, Import/Export and Tool Management.
• Lead process optimization and improvements focusing on customer experience and service efficiency.
• Own service operations processes for the region, ensuring Quality/Compliance.
• Plan resources for FTE, parts, loaners and tools for the region.
• Manage projects and programs for Technical Service Operations.
• Develop actionable insights from trends and competitive landscape to improve customer experience strategy.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to enable business goals and targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the region and globally.
• Coordinate with external suppliers as needed.
• Plan current and future operational needs and resources.
