Job summary

Medifox DAN GmbH is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end coordination and delivery of product lifecycle engineering projects. You will plan scope, budgets, risks, deployments and communications, and coordinate with marketing, quality, regulatory and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and conformity.

The role requires 3-5 years in med tech or regulated industries, strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Med Tech or regulated industries.
Experience with PM tools and managing R&D or manufacturing projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of medical device development across quality and regulatory.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate scope, budget, risks, deployments, and communications for product lifecycle projects.
Interface with marketing, quality & regulatory, and supply chain to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
Provide a clear risk picture and prioritize actions to address it.
Identify barriers and remove obstacles to keep projects on track.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate collaborators across the business.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and internal processes to influence programs.
