Job summary

ResMed (UK) is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycle engineering projects in a regulated Med Tech environment. The role includes coordinating scope, budget, risks, and deployments, while interfacing with marketing, quality & regulatory and supply chain teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Med Tech or regulated industries, with hands-on PM experience for R&D or manufacturing projects, and strong communication and analytical

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' professional experience in Med Tech or regulated industries.
• Experience with project management tools and managing R&D or manufacturing projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in medical device development across quality and regulatory functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across all levels in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate scope, budget, risks, deployments and communications for product lifecycle projects.
• Coordinate with marketing, quality & regulatory and supply chain to ensure on-time, within-specification delivery.
• Provide clear risk visibility and prioritization recommendations.
• Identify barriers and proactively remove obstacles to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with managers to develop and implement workable project solutions.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams (XFT).
• Monitor industry trends and internal processes to influence program success.
