Job summary

ONE SEARCH CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a pragmatic, hands-on leader to plan, schedule, and manage daily production for plastic injection molding in a Medtech setting.

You will supervise setup, operation and maintenance of molding machines, ensuring strict adherence to ISO 13485, FDA, GMP and cleanroom protocols. You will drive continuous improvement on the shop floor, lead operators and technicians, monitor KPIs and uptime, and collaborate with QA and Supply Chain to ensure material availability

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years in plastic injection molding, especially for medical devices.
• Hands-on knowledge of medical-grade materials, mold designs, cleanroom ops.
• Solid understanding of ISO 13485, GMP, FDA and validation IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and deliver tangible output on the floor.
• Proficient with ERP/production planning and Lean/Six Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources, manpower, materials, and machinery to maximize capacity.
• Partner with management on targets and lead the shop floor daily.
• Own operational challenges and deliver measurable results.
• Lead, train, and manage operators, technicians, and staff with accountability.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor KPIs and machine uptime to guide decisions.
• Ensure ISO 13485, GMP, FDA compliance and cleanroom protocols.
• Collaborate with QA and Supply Chain on material availability and CAPA.
