Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites an experienced manufacturing operations leader to oversee site operations, drive cost control, and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

The role emphasizes Lean practices, equipment utilisation, and safe, compliant production environments. You will develop production plans, maximise plant capacity, monitor quality, and lead continuous improvements across processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Injection Molding / Medical Manufacturing experience.

• Lead overall site operations while managing financial performance, operating costs and business unit profitability.
• Ensure production targets and customer orders are delivered on schedule while meeting cost, quality and safety requirements.
• Develop production plans and maximise manpower, equipment utilisation and plant capacity to meet business demand.

• Maintain strong product quality standards, resolve quality issues promptly and ensure customer specifications and expectations are consistently achieved.
