Qualifications

15+ years of senior technology leadership in MedTech or life sciences sectors.
Experience translating technology roadmaps into measurable outcomes.
Strong knowledge of regulatory environments and quality systems.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for the group.
Provide technical leadership for product development, engineering, and manufacturing.
Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
Drive process excellence, automation, and scalable manufacturing solutions.
Support business growth through technical leadership in customer discussions and proposals.
Lead governance, risk management, and ensure regulatory compliance.
