• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products.
• Recommend treatment packages and promotions tailored to client goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance client retention.
• Achieve individual sales and service targets through effective consultation and product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate treatment records in compliance with clinic SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure an excellent client experience.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hands-on treatment experience with medical aesthetics, body, and scalp treatments considered an advantage


• Confident communication and consultation skills to engage clients effectively


• Sales-driven mindset combined with strong customer service orientation


• Positive, professional attitude and ability to work well in a team


• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
