ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a Medical Planner to lead healthcare planning and project delivery across the Southeast Asia region. The role reports to the Director of Design and Planning and requires coordinating multiple teams on large-scale healthcare projects.

The ideal candidate has a 5+ year track record in healthcare planning, strong client-facing skills, and proficiency in architectural design software.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of specialised healthcare planning experience, with expertise comparable to that of a Medical Planner.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Hands-on experience with both greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Exposure to healthcare facility projects valued between S$5 million and S$150 million, with project sizes of up to 30,000 sqm.
• Proficient in architectural design software.

Our client is a renowned architectural consultancy firm seeking a Medical Planner to join its Design and Planning team. The successful candidate will lead healthcare planning and project delivery across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report directly to the Director of Design and Planning.
• Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate multiple teams on large-scale healthcare projects.
• Support business development activities and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to proposals, bid preparation, client meetings and contract negotiations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.

• Working hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
