Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a healthcare planning specialist to develop medical planning concepts, spatial layouts, and functional briefs for projects spanning feasibility to implementation. You will collaborate with clinicians, architects, engineers, and consultants to tailor solutions for complex healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in healthcare planning or healthcare architecture, deep knowledge of hospital operations, and a track record from briefing through design

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Medical Planning, Healthcare Design, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare planning and/or healthcare architecture.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare facility planning principles.
• Experience in healthcare projects from briefing through design development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
