Job summary

Achieve Group in Singapore is seeking a Medical Planner to lead healthcare planning and project delivery across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will work with our Design and Planning team to manage complex healthcare schemes from concept through construction.

You will report to the Director of Design and Planning, coordinate multiple teams, support business development, and help prepare proposals and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare planning experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.

Our client is a renowned architectural consultancy firm seeking a Medical Planner to join its Design and Planning team. The successful candidate will lead healthcare planning and project delivery across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report directly to the Director of Design and Planning.
• Lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects across Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate multiple teams on large-scale healthcare projects.
• Support business development activities and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to proposals, bid preparation, client meetings and contract negotiations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of specialised healthcare planning experience, with expertise comparable to that of a Medical Planner.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Hands-on experience with both greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Exposure to healthcare facility projects valued between S$5 million and S$150 million, with project sizes of up to 30,000 sqm.

• Working hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: up to S$10,000 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
