Job summary

Achieve Group in Singapore is seeking a Medical Planner to lead healthcare planning and project delivery across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will work with our Design and Planning team to manage complex healthcare schemes from concept through construction.

You will report to the Director of Design and Planning, coordinate multiple teams, support business development, and help prepare proposals and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare planning experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of healthcare projects across SEA.
• Report to Director of Design and Planning.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to meet objectives.
• Coordinate multiple teams on large-scale healthcare projects.
• Support business development, client relationships, and proposals.
• Assist with bids, client meetings and contract negotiations.
