Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Laboratory Technician to conduct diagnostic tests (urine microscopy, CBC, HbA1c) and to maintain lab instruments. You will verify and report results, perform QC checks, and keep thorough documentation for traceability.

Additionally, you will address patient queries, follow safety protocols, and assist the Centre-IC with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory, Biomedical Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the diagnostic lab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests such as urine microscopy, full blood count, and HbA1c and maintain lab instruments.
• Verify, report, and investigate test results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Carry out daily quality control checks and troubleshoot instruments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation for traceability, including QC and maintenance logs.
• Address patient queries and elevate issues to Centre-IC when required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
• Support the Centre-IC with administrative and operational tasks.
