MLS Logistics Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support inbound and outbound processes in a busy Singapore facility.

You will pick, pack, label, and organize orders for daily deliveries, receive goods, and maintain accurate inventory through routine cycle counts. The role emphasizes accuracy, tidiness, and compliance with safety standards, with a 5-day workweek and standard daytime hours.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound (Order Fulfillment): Accurately pick goods from designated storage locations.
• Outbound (Order Fulfillment): Label, pack, and neatly organize items in the outbound area.
• Outbound (Order Fulfillment): Ensure timely and complete pick-and-pack for daily deliveries.
• Outbound (Order Fulfillment): Properly hand over goods and delivery documents to drivers.
• Outbound (Order Fulfillment): Submit completed delivery paperwork to the Customer Service team after verification.
• Inbound (Receiving & Put-Away): Acknowledge and receive incoming goods from freight forwarders or delivery personnel.
• Inbound (Receiving & Put-Away): Check quantity and condition of items, organize by lot or serial number.
• Inbound (Receiving & Put-Away): Safely put away items into assigned locations within a set timeframe.
• Inbound (Receiving & Put-Away): Clearly mark receipt information on documents (packing list, invoice).
• Inbound (Receiving & Put-Away): Dispose of unwanted materials in the designated area on the same day.
• Warehouse & Inventory Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
• Warehouse & Inventory Maintenance: Regularly housekeep storage areas to maximize space and streamline access.
• Warehouse & Inventory Maintenance: Segregate unsellable goods in a designated quarantine zone.
• Warehouse & Inventory Maintenance: Conduct weekly cycle counts based on the scheduled inventory plan.
• Warehouse & Inventory Maintenance: Willingness to do light overtime when needed.
