Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Singapore. The role focuses on material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and reconciling inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy.

You will also maintain equipment, uphold 5S standards, and work within a quality system environment. The position requires basic Health & Safety understanding and the ability to operate hand and RF scanners / PDAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Understanding of quality system environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory discrepancy reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform all necessary tasks to support warehouse operations.
• Properly maintain and take care of company-provided equipment.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the management team.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work within a quality system environment.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety practices within a warehouse environment.
• Able to operate hand scanners, RF scanners / Personal Digital Assistants (PDA).
