Job summary

Edwards in Singapore is seeking a Planner/Logistics/Buyer to join our Global Operations & Quality team. You will develop and schedule the Manufacturing Production Plan, manage MPS issues, analyze capacity with manufacturing teams, and generate work orders in JDE.

Collaborating with warehouse, quality, engineering and suppliers, you will ensure on-time material flow, maintain inventory targets, and produce KPI reports with opportunities for automation in ENOMS.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Material Management or related field; 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field; 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in purchasing, logistics and/or production control.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule the Manufacturing Production Plan from the Master Production Schedule requirements with some level of complexity.
• Manage issues preventing execution of the MPS and production plan.
• Analyze resource availability, develop short and mid range capacity plans with manufacturing teams, and lead teams to ensure plans are met.
• Generate work orders using system (e.g., JDE).
• Manage work order progress with production and supporting departments to ensure production plans are met.
• Provide ship schedule to Supply Chain/Demand team.
• Create reports of KPIs and identify opportunities for automation in ENOMS.
