Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or Scientific field with 4+ years’ experience in industry or education
• Master’s or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience in industry or education
• Ph.D. or equivalent with industry experience or education

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes using Six Sigma and LEAN methods
• Develop experiments and tests to qualify and validate manufacturing processes; analyze results and report
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues (CAPA, non-conformances, audits)
• Develop training and documentation for production to enable knowledge transfer
• Lead project plans to deliver results meeting customer expectations
• Oversee manufacturing support tasks; instruct technicians and coordinate work
• Other duties assigned by Leadership
