Celluvion International Group is expanding and seeks a driven sales professional to promote medical device products across Southeast Asia, building a customer and channel network from scratch.

You will visit clinics and distributors, understand their needs, and provide consultative product solutions while developing partnerships to expand market coverage and drive revenue growth. Willingness to travel is required as part of the role.

Qualificações

• Experience in the medical device industry; aesthetic or related device experience is a plus.
• Proven business development and channel-building skills with ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Fast learner with strong execution and ability to quickly master product and clinical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, consultative selling style.
• Self-motivated and resilient, comfortable in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell medical device products in S.E.A, building and managing a customer and channel network from scratch.
• Visit clinics, medical institutions and distributors to understand needs and provide professional, consultative product solutions.
• Identify, develop and refine channel partnerships to drive market coverage and revenue growth.
• Build long-term relationships with physicians, clinic owners and procurement decision-makers.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence and feed insights back to the team.
• Support product training and promotional activities to raise brand awareness among target customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical device products in S.E.A, building and managing a customer and channel network from scratch
• Visit clinics, medical institutions and distributors to understand their needs and provide professional, consultative product solutions
• Identify, develop and continuously refine channel partnerships to drive market coverage and revenue growth
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with physicians, clinic owners and procurement decision-makers
• Gather market and competitor intelligence and feed insights back to the team
• Support product training and promotional activities to raise brand awareness among target customers

Requirements

• Experience in the medical device industry; aesthetic or related device experience is a plus
