Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Singapore is seeking a skilled medical device assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble components into finished devices across multiple workstations, following work orders and drawings with precision.

Responsibilities include ensuring SOP and GMP compliance, recording traceable information in manufacturing systems, performing line clearance and station cleaning, coaching colleagues, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Secondary education; medical device assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into finished devices across multiple workstations following drawings and work orders with precision.
• Review and follow job instructions, recording traceable information in device history records and manufacturing data systems.
• Provide coaching and training to lower level employees and monitor line performance.
• May perform line clearance and station cleaning at shift start and transition.
• Self-check of work and provide feedback, escalate equipment issues to supervisor.
• General housekeeping and safe work area practices.
