Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Singapore to improve processes and support GMP manufacturing. You will work with engineering and production teams to qualify processes, analyze results, and develop clear reports.

The role involves implementing LEAN methods, writing protocols, and driving project plans to meet customer expectations, while coaching technicians and coordinating cross-functional activities.

Qualifications

• LEAN methods and statistical approaches for process improvements.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Fundamental project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes using engineering methods for continuous process improvement.
• Develop basic experiments and tests to qualify and validate manufacturing processes; analyze results and develop reports.
• Analyze and resolve basic Manufacturing and Compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non-conformances, audit observations).
• Develop training and documentation materials for production to enable knowledge transfer.
• Establish project plans to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations using project management tools.
• Identify opportunities to redesign equipment, tools, or fixtures to improve processes.
• Oversee manufacturing support tasks; guide technicians and coordinate work.
