Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is sourcing an Assistant Operations Manager for an aesthetics clinic in Central Singapore. The role oversees daily outlet operations, staff rostering and compliance, ensuring service excellence and robust operational standards.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business or Operations Management with at least 3 years in operations or outlet management, and is proficient in MS Office, with willingness to travel between outlets as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of operations/outlet management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily outlet operations and ensure service, housekeeping and operational standards are maintained.
• Coordinate staff rostering, leave administration and operational assessments.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and record accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and contractors on operational matters, promotions and projects.
• Oversee facilities, equipment and IT-related matters, including maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure licenses, permits and compliance requirements are properly maintained.
• Support audits, prepare operational reports and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Assist with adhoc projects and duties assigned by management.

Our esteemed client in the Medical Aesthetic industry is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager (Aesthetic Clinic) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Assistant Operations Manager (Aesthetic Clinic)
• Location: Central
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily outlet operations and ensure service, housekeeping and operational standards are maintained.
