Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an administrative professional to support the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP). The role involves handling backend administrative duties, scheduling appointments, issuing pre-appointment instructions and making follow-up calls to patients.

You will arrange referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC), perform data collation and provide administrative and operational support to medical, nursing and allied health teams.

Formación

• Minimum N/O/A Level, NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Comfortable with basic administrative duties.

Responsabilidades

• Handle backend administrative duties, including appointment scheduling, pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls.
• Arrange referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and perform data collation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to medical, nursing and allied health teams for the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).
• Provide cross-coverage support when required to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
