Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a backend administrative professional in Singapore to handle appointment scheduling, pre-appointment instructions, and follow-up calls, while coordinating referrals to SOC and compiling data.

You will support medical, nursing, and allied health teams under the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP) and cover duties across teams as needed to keep operations seamless.

Qualifications

• Min N/O/A/NITEC/Diploma in any course.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
• Some admin experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform backend administrative duties including appointment scheduling, pre-appointment instructions and follow-up calls, arranging referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC) and data collation.
• Provide clinical support by assisting medical, nursing, and allied health domains with tasks relevant to the Singapore National Asthma Programme (SNAP).
• Cross coverage of duties when required to ensure seamless operations.
• Undertake any other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.
