Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Media Planner with Google Ads experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns for client objectives. You will manage campaigns across Search, Display, and related formats, control budgets, and refine strategies through data-driven insights.

The role requires a marketing background and experience with SEM, analytics, and GA4/ GTM would be advantageous. You will work closely with clients to align campaigns with business goals and stay current

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns preferred.
• Strong understanding of SEM, keyword research, conversion tracking and analytics.
• Familiarity with GA4 and GTM is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and optimize based on data.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and other relevant campaign types.
• Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, keyword research, and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop suitable advertising strategies.
• Keep up to date with Google Ads features, digital advertising trends, and industry best practices.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns is preferred.
• Good understanding of SEM, keyword research, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.
