Van Cleef & Arpels Singapore is seeking a Marketing & Communications professional with a first experience in retail marketing. You will coordinate with local media agencies, curate assets, analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, and support cross‑department collaboration across SEA HQ.

The role emphasizes autonomy, proactivity and outcome-oriented problem solving in a creative luxury environment.

Qualificações

• This role requires prior experience in retail marketing or communications.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and collaborate across teams.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with local media agencies and creative agencies on daily operations for timely campaigns.
• Curate and circulate creative assets to agencies, landlords and media owners.
• Liaise with regional counterparts to discuss campaign executions.
• Validate creatives after media plans are approved.
• Consolidate documents for HQ templates (calendar, approvals).
• Compile launch and post-campaign reports for performance learnings.
• Run data reports in Google Analytics and dashboards for performance analysis.
• Coordinate Vietnamese copy translation and proofreading with translation and PR agencies.
• Assist in media-related admin tasks (POs, GRs, billing reconciliation).
