Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a Media & Digital Assistant to support media campaigns and data collection for performance learnings. You will collaborate with APA Regional teams, media and creative agencies.

Your main missions include coordinating with media agencies, curating assets, liaising with regional teams, and consolidating HQ documents for various markets, while running performance reports and translation coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• You have a first experience in the retail industry in marketing or communications.
• You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• You are able to build strong collaboration cross-department and with different stake holders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with local media agencies and creative agency on daily operations to ensure timely and quality executions of media campaigns.
• Curate and circulate creative assets to creative agency, landlords and media owners.
• Liaise with Regional counterpart to foster campaign executions discussion, including creative validation once media plans are approved.
• Support in consolidating documents in HQ templates for different markets, such as full year media calendar PPT, OOH approval forms etc.
• Compile and process launch and post campaign reports from media agencies/ landlords/ vendors for performance learnings with SEA & HQ stakeholders.
• Run data reports in Google analytics and/or internal dashboards for media performance analysis.

As Media & Digital Assistant, you will support the Media & Digital function in quality executions of media campaigns and data collection for performance learnings. You will work in close collaboration with APA Regional teams, Media and creative agencies.

Your main missions will be:

• Coordinate with local media agencies and creative agency on daily operations to ensure timely and quality executions of media campaigns.
• Curate and circulate creative assets to creative agency, landlords and media owners.
• Liaise with Regional counterpart to foster campaign executions discussion. This includes creative validation once media plans are approved.
• Support in consolidating documents in HQ templates for different markets, such as full year media calendar PPT, OOH approval forms etc.
• Compile and process launch and post campaign reports from media agencies/ landlords/ vendors for performance learnings with SEA & HQ stakeholders.
• Run data reports in Google analytics and/or internal dashboards for media performance analysis
• Coordinate Vietnamese copy translation and proofreading with Translation agency and PR agency.
• Assist in all media-related administrative tasks such as raising of POs and conducting GRs in a timely manner, reconciling of billing issues etc.
