Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a contract coordination professional to support the media team with contract creation, validation and reporting. You will work with Sales to ensure inventory and pricing accuracy, and manage contract documentation end-to-end.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in media coordination, sales support, contract administration or related administrative functions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, bookings and data.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized media confirmation templates.
• Ensure contract details and rates are recorded in ACE Hub/Broadsign in full compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales to validate inventory availability.
• Verify all signed contracts before campaign installation.
• Monitor upfront payments and address outstanding payments.
