Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics, part of the Frencken Group, develops and assembles industrial systems and semiconductor equipment in clean and non-clean environments. The team works on precision components, modules, and vacuum systems for high-tech clients.

The role covers assembly operations, testing, troubleshooting, quality compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates with technical aptitude, strong reading of drawings, and hands-on tool experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Education: NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.
• 1–3 years of equipment assembly and/or testing preferred; fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may be considered.
• Experience in HDD, semiconductor, automation, or life science equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical modules per drawings and SOPs.
• Perform in-process checks and verify build accuracy and workmanship quality.
• Conduct functional tests, calibration, leak and vacuum tests, RF tuning, and document results.
