Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to support our industrial automation projects in Singapore.

You will assemble, align, and test automated and robotic systems, reading drawings from AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks 3D. You will use hand and power tools, measure with precision, troubleshoot issues, and calibrate equipment. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork with engineers, and the ability to meet tight project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, set up, and adjust automated and robotic machines for industrial automation applications.
• Perform precision mechanical assembly to ensure machines meet required quality, accuracy, and performance standards.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, AutoCAD 2D drawings, and SolidWorks 3D drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and other relevant equipment for mechanical assembly, adjustment, and calibration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, alignment, and assembly-related issues.
• Conduct machine setup, testing, adjustment, and basic calibration as required.
• Work closely with engineers and team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and workmanship throughout the assembly process.
• Stay proactive in learning new technologies, equipment, tools, and assembly techniques.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project timelines.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6:15 PM
