Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled technician to assemble, test, clean and pack equipment at our Yishun production site. You will manage and service equipment, maintain tooling and consumables, and assist in updating assembly procedures.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics, at least 2 years in semiconductor environments, and proficiency in MS Office. Mandarin is a plus; cleanroom attire provided; hours are Mon–Fri 8:30am–6:00pm with a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor environments.
• Good knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, assembly and testing applications.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment (jumpsuit provided).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, clean and pack equipment according to assembly-related documents.
• Manage, maintain and service equipment, tools and consumables at the production site.
• Assist in developing and revising assembly-related technical procedure documents.
• Maintain records of assembly processes, test results and project documentation.
• Assist in analyzing customer complaint issues and support continuous improvement ideas.

Our client is a technology service provider to the microelectronics industry which the head office is located in Singapore for regional operations.

Job Description:

• Assemble, test, clean and pack equipment according to assembly-related technical documents
• Manage, maintain and service equipment, tools and consumables at the production site
• Assist in developing and revising assembly-related technical procedure documents
• Manage, maintain, and service relevant equipment, tools, and consumables in the production area
• Assist in analyzing customer complaint issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in assembly operations
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and project documentation
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum with 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in semiconductor environments
• Good Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, assembly, testing and related applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Able to converse in mandarin will be advantage
• Driven, responsible and matured team player with positive learning & work attitude
• Good interpersonal, communication (verbal/ written) skills and organizational skills
• Willing to work in the cleanroom environment (with jumpsuit provided)

Compensation:
