Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring for a semiconductor assembler. You will assemble wafer components, operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

No prior experience required — training will be provided. The role requires NITEC in Engineering or relevant experience, ability to work in a cleanroom, and willingness to commit to shift work. Shift locations Woodlands/Changi with transport provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering or relevant working experience.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to commit to shift work.
• No prior experience required — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semiconductor wafer components.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Perform basic inspection and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Carry out routine maintenance and simple troubleshooting.
• Follow cleanroom and safety procedures strictly.

• Basic Salary: Up $2,800

• Overtime Payable (Gross up to $3,500++)

• Shift Allowance:

  • Afternoon Shift: $15/day

  • Night Shift: $45/day

Working Days & Hours :

Changi : Monday to Friday (Choose preferred shift)

• Shift 1: 7.30am – 4.30pm

• Shift 2: 3.30pm – 12.30am

• Shift 3: 11.30pm – 8.30am

• Woodlands : 4 days work week including weekend

Working Location

• Woodlands / Changi (Transport Provided)
