Job summary

EVOLUTION RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Technical Specialist (HVAC & Mechanical) to lead technical delivery of HVAC and mechanical systems for high-tech facility projects, representing the owner’s interests from design through construction, commissioning and handover. You will define technical requirements, review designs, and coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, while ensuring safety, compliance, cost and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements and review designs, specifications and proposed changes.
• Provide expertise in cleanroom HVAC, chilled water, cooling water, clean dry air, process exhaust and mechanical utilities.
• Work with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assess solutions for safety, compliance, cost, schedule, operational performance and maintainability.
• Support equipment selection, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Job description

Technical Specialist (HVAC & Mechanical)

Lead the technical delivery of HVAC and mechanical systems for high-tech facility projects, representing the owner’s interests from design through construction, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements and review designs, specifications and proposed changes.

• Provide expertise in cleanroom HVAC, chilled water, cooling water, clean dry air, process exhaust and mechanical utilities.

• Work with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

• Assess solutions for safety, compliance, cost, schedule, operational performance and maintainability.

• Support equipment selection, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biomedical, industrial, data centre or other high-tech facility projects.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, cleanroom and mechanical utility systems.

• Experience across design, construction, commissioning and operational handover.

• Familiarity with EPC delivery, design management and change management.

• Professional Engineer registration and experience with Revit or Navisworks are advantages.
