Job summary

Ensure Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Mechanical Construction Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation of mechanical tools per approved drawings, specifications, the project schedule, and client requirements.

You will review drawings, prepare technical submissions, coordinate procurement and site logistics, monitor progress, support commissioning and handover, and provide on-site technical guidance to supervisors and teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical construction, preferably in high-technology projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation of mechanical tools according to drawings, specs, schedule and client requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, construction documents, specs, and vendor information for constructability and compliance.
• Prepare and coordinate technical submissions (shop drawings, submittals, method statements, procedures) for client approval.
• Coordinate material procurement, fabrication schedules, equipment deliveries and site logistics.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues with construction manager.
