Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg) is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment uptime and reliability. The role includes implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing spare parts, and driving safety and quality in daily activities.

You will maintain records in MAXIMO, perform RCA, and provide on-site support with a quick response time.

Qualifications

Familiarity with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for rotating and static mechanical equipment.
Customer-oriented approach with strong ownership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to various plant sites for maintenance and troubleshooting support.
2-3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all mechanical maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
Implement preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs for mechanical equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance records in MAXIMO and generate monthly reports.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reliability issues and develop preventive actions.
Provide prompt on-site response within 2 hours for call-back maintenance and investigate cost-effective solutions.
Ensure rapid rectification of equipment failures to minimize downtime and safeguard product supply.
