Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking a Project Engineer for the Metal Injection Molding (MIM) division. You will own engineering projects from planning to delivery, coordinating with design and manufacturing to ensure milestones are met.
The role requires a Master or Degree in Engineering and 1–3 years of project engineering experience, with knowledge of PIM, GD&T, and secondary operations.

Responsibilities:
Management of Engineering Projects:Take ownership of assigned engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Cost Estimation Assistance:Collaborate with the team to assist in the cost estimation for projects, helping ensure that the projects remain within budget while meeting client requirements.
Coordination & Communication:Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure project objectives are clearly communicated and milestones are met.
Project Documentation:Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Problem Solving:Proactively identify and address project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Competencies & Requirements:
Education:Master / Degree holder in Engineering or related field.
Experience:1-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.
Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management Knowledge:Solid understanding of project management principles and practices, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM) processes, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and secondary operations.
