Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore seeks a Project Engineer for injection molding projects. You will own projects end-to-end and coordinate design, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet timelines and budgets.
The role requires a Master or degree in engineering, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and solid knowledge of project management, PIM processes, GD&T, and secondary operations. Singaporean applicants preferred.
Management of Engineering Projects:Take ownership of assigned engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Cost Estimation Assistance:Collaborate with the team to assist in the cost estimation for projects, helping ensure that the projects remain within budget while meeting client requirements.
Coordination & Communication:Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, etc.) to ensure project objectives are clearly communicated and milestones are met.
Project Documentation:Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
Problem Solving:Proactively identify and address project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Education:Master / Degree holder in Engineering or related field.
Experience:1-3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.
Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management Knowledge:Solid understanding of project management principles and practices, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM) processes, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and secondary operations.
