Job summary

Qualifications

• Master or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management principles including scheduling and progress tracking.
• Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM) processes and secondary operations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned engineering projects from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to meet milestones and budgets.
• Assist in cost estimation for projects and ensure client requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Proactively identify and address project-related issues to minimize delays.
