Job summary

DART SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer for MIM/Precision Manufacturing. You will manage engineering projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and assist in cost estimation to support end-to-end execution.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in project engineering, a degree in engineering, and familiarity with program scheduling and GD&T. The role is on-site in a structured manufacturing environment with immediate start.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in project engineering or similar role.
Understanding of project management principles (scheduling, tracking, coordination).
Familiarity with Powder Injection Molding (PIM), GD&T, and secondary processes is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Open to candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute engineering projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting activities.
Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and other internal teams.
Maintain and update project documentation (plans, schedules, reports).
Track project progress and ensure milestones are met.
Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively.
Support communication between stakeholders and project teams.
