Job summary

Menlo is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and validate systems for Asimov, an open-source humanoid robot. You will own the design process, from concept to production-ready hardware, ensuring all components meet mechanical criteria.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of hands-on mechanical design experience on high-complexity electromechanical products.
• Strong proficiency in Solidworks, including detailed parts, assemblies, and drawings.
• Experience with GD&T and producing 2D engineering drawings for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical assemblies for the humanoid robot.
• Run hands-on test rigs for validation and analysis.
• Coordinate with firmware and electrical teams for integration.
