Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD.

seeks a proactive mechanical design professional to lead engineering works from concept through detailed design, ensuring compliance with local codes and authority regulations to meet legal standards. You will provide technical guidance, run engineering analyses, mentor team members, and coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and external contracting teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while managing documentation and tender

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in construction management and design.
• Proficient with engineering analysis, BIM, CFD tools and mechanical/fire software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Mechanical Design: Manage mechanical engineering works from initial concepts through detailed designs.
• Ensure Compliance: Apply local codes and authority regulations to guarantee all projects meet legal standards.
• Provide Technical Guidance: Run engineering analyses and mentor team members to deliver smart technical solutions.
• Manage Project Finances & Timelines: Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and team coordination to hit key deadlines.
• Coordinate Stakeholders: Cross-functionally collaborate with civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and external contracting teams.
• Handle Documentation & Delivery: Prepare tender documents, manage design specifications, and ensure smooth project completion within budget.

Account Manager:

• Degree / Masters in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in both construction management and design
• Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, CFD simulations tools and other mechanical/fire engineering software.
