Job summary

in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, coordinate, and deliver mechanical building services projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities. You will gain exposure to building services consultancy, authority submissions, project coordination, construction management, and professional career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Building Services or M&E Consultancy.
• Experience in ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, or other Mechanical Building Services is a plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations, codes of practice, and authority submission procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Consultancy experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical building services designs for diverse development projects.
• Perform calculations and prepare specifications, tender documents, and design reports.
• Coordinate drawings with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants.
• Assist with authority submissions to BCA, SCDF, PUB, and others as required.
• Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Attend meetings and provide technical support during design and construction phases.
• Review shop drawings and technical proposals; monitor progress on site.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and TOP/CSC completion.
