Zusammenfassung

JET RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a competent Site Engineer to oversee site preparation, coordination with stakeholders, and progress reporting for projects across Singapore Island wide.

You will read engineering drawings, perform basic calculations, and ensure safety management on site. Ideal candidates have a Mechanical Engineering background and at least 2 years in construction/industrial engineering, with openness to fresh graduates.

Qualifikationen

• Requires qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in construction/industrial engineering preferred; open to fresh graduates.
• Experience in ACMV piping and piping structural support/ducting is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Site preparation and coordination, including submission document prep.
• liaise with customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors on site to meet project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and create detailed work schedules, manpower and resource planning.
• Interpret engineering drawings and perform basic design calculations.
• Coordinate safety management on site and enforce safety practices.
• Monitor and report project progress and compliance with Singapore standards.
• Understand relevant codes of practice and apply on site.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
• Work location at Singapore Island wide.

Job Description

• Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
• Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
• Coordinate the safety management system on site.
• Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
• Able to understand Singapore standards or Code of Practice.
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
• Work location Singapore Island wide

Requirements

• Relevant Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• For experience candidates, preferably to possess minimum 2 years relevant experience in the Construction / Industrial Engineering industry. Open to candidates with no previous working experience.
• Experience in design ACMV / Piping and Piping Structural Support/ Ducting
• Experience in manufacturing plant construction, Data Centre fit-out works, etc.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels.
