Singapore Refining Company Private Limited invites applications for a maintenance supervisor role based at our refinery in Singapore. You will lead a team of technicians and coordinate contractors to execute maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, has hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, and is familiar with SAP and Primavera; fresh graduates may apply for entry-level opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years' experience in plant equipment maintenance.
• Fresh graduates may apply for entry level.
• Familiarity with SAP and Primavera is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise technicians and manage contractors in refinery maintenance activities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as planned, monitor progress and performance of critical equipment and conduct failure analysis and implement recommendations for reliability improvement.
• Develop and implement work plans, including purchase requisitions, selection/evaluation of contractors, as well as maintenance activities scheduling and costing.
• Supervise, audit and carry out timely updates of equipment data & maintenance information.
• Develop and conduct Risk Assessments, safety training, work procedures etc.
• Participate in project review to identify maintenance aspects/impact on project.

• Good knowledge of computerized system for routine and TAR maintenance. Familiarity with SAP and Primavera will be an added advantage.
