Job summary

FAB CARE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for an AutoCAD drafter with experience in building and steel plate nesting.

The role includes preparing engineering drawings, steel weight checks, and QA/QC document control, with MS Office proficiency and MTO responsibilities. Responsibilities include site construction quality checks, drawing revisions coordination with clients, weekly progress reporting, project planning, and overall execution of building structures with the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience in AutoCAD drafting for building and steel plate nesting.
• Knowledge of CAD Matic software.
• Prepare engineering drawings and steel weight checks.
• Maintain QA/QC document control.
• Office admin duties related to site projects.

Responsibilities

• Checking and inspecting the quality of works during construction.
• Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the clients for revisions on drawings and in actual construction.
• Submit weekly site works progress reports to the client.
• Project planning and materials/resources forecasting.
• Procurement processes related to project execution.
• Executing building structures and finishes with project team to smooth progress.
• Office administrator tasks.

• AUTO CAD Drafting for building & Steel Plate NESTING.
• Have a good knowledge in CAD MATIC.
• Preparing Engineering Drawings and steel weight checking.
• QA / QC Document controller.
• Have a good knowledge in M.S OFFICE.
• Material taking off for fabrication.(MTO)
• -Preparing Dimensional Reports

Checking and inspecting the quality of works during construction.

Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with the clients for whatever revision on drawings and in

actual Construction and Submit weekly site works progress report to

the client.

Project Planning.

Materials and Resources Forecasting and Procurement process.

Execution of the Entire Building’s Structures and Finishes with Project
