Job summary

Mason Industries Pte Ltd is seeking a site coordination professional to oversee project teams on construction sites in Singapore. You will liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve issues and ensure timely execution of projects.

The role involves coordinating workers on site, making decisive decisions, and preparing shop and as-built drawings in line with regulations and client requirements, using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction sites and project teams.
• Strong communication with clients and consultants.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Efficient project management, including project scheduling, leading, and coordinating the project team (supervisors, foreman, workers, and subcontractors)
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project execution
• Coordinate workers on site and make accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions related to work matters
• Prepare, check, and submit shop drawings and as-built drawings, ensuring conformance to regulations and client requirements
• Produce detailed manufacturing drawings to implement design solutions to all relevant engineering and quality standards by using SolidWorks and other AUTOCAD software
